Visual.Workflow — Azure DevOps in VS Code
Manage your Azure DevOps work items, sprint boards, and task status directly from Visual Studio Code with AI-powered assistance from GitHub Copilot.
Why I built it
Working with Azure DevOps usually means living in two places: the code in your editor and the board in a browser tab. Visual.Workflow moves the board into VS Code — work items, sprint state and task status live where the work actually happens.
Copilot integration was the interesting design problem: AI assistance only helps in a workflow tool when it acts on the real items in front of you, so the extension wires Copilot into the same work-item context you are looking at.
